Situated in South Walton’s famous Blue Mountain Beach, it is one of the best-kept secrets on the Emerald Coast. This home is quietly tucked away within the quaint local beach community of Old Florida Cottages. With brick pavers and palm tree-lined streets, your vacation tone is set the minute you arrive at the “Blue Sea”
This rental home is just steps from Scenic 30A, the Gulf of Mexico, and a couple of blocks east of Gulf Place (restaurants, shops, nightlife). It’s the perfect spot for your whole family and guests to get away!
We have 6x bicycles, 8x beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, boogie boards, and lots of toys for your use.
Beach access is super easy… just steps to Gulfview Heights where amenities include a picnic pavilion with tables, restrooms, showers, and seasonal lifeguards. The beach ramp and steps lead out to the sugary white sands and turquoise blue waters of 30A
The palm-tree lined community features a shared, seasonally heated pool (March & April then October & November – weather permitting), for all guests to use. The common area also features grills, a covered pavilion, lounge chairs, and bathrooms.

- Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
- Sheets and bath towels included…BYO beach towels
- The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils.
- Bring your own spices and food
- Basic essentials starter set includes: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and hand soaps. (Depending on your length of stay, you may need to buy more supplies at Wal-Mart, Publix, etc.)
- We provide 10x beach chairs and 2x umbrellas ...or you can rent them from the local vendor directly on the beach.
- Bring laundry detergent if you want to wash your clothes while staying at "Blue Sea"
- During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi, or slow WiFi.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is a short walk to the beach as well as numerous restaurants and shops. You are a 10-min golf cart ride away from Grayton Beach or hop in the car for a 15-minute ride to world-famous Seaside, or continue east on 30A to check out Seagrove Beach, Seacrest, Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, and more!
