This rental home is just steps from Scenic 30A, the Gulf of Mexico, and a couple of blocks east of Gulf Place (restaurants, shops, nightlife). It’s the perfect spot for your whole family and guests to get away!
Beach access is super easy… just steps to Gulfview Heights where amenities include a picnic pavilion with tables, restrooms, showers, and seasonal lifeguards. Beach ramps and steps lead out to the sugary white sands and turquoise waters of Blue Mountain Beach.
The community features a shared, seasonally heated, pool for all guests to use. The common area also features grills, a covered pavilion, lounge chairs, and bathrooms.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils.
- Bring your own spices and food
- Basic essentials starter set includes: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and hand soaps. (Depending on your length of stay, you may need to buy more supplies at Wal-Mart, Publix, etc.)
- Bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas, or rent them from the local vendors (directly on the beach).
- Bring laundry detergent if you want to wash your clothes while staying at "Blue Sea"
- During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi, or slow WiFi.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants and shops. You are a 10-min golf cart ride away from Grayton Beach or hop in the car for a 15-minute ride to world-famous Seaside, or continue east on 30A to check out Seagrove Beach, Seacrest, Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and more!
