Tyler was a fantastic host – always on top of things and very quick to respond. The house had even more beach amenities than described! We’d not hesitate to stay at this house again the next time we go to 30A

What a sweet location the house is in with beach access and the ability to walk to Goatfeathers, the Snack Shack, and Local Catch (which was my favorite)

We love the area of Santa Rosa and this is the second year we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. When we arrived there were some cleanliness issues, Tyler was amazing at responding and figuring out the best solution for the issues we had. Overall I’d give our experience with Tyler and this home a 5 star because of his communication and help during our stay. You can’t beat the location of this home. It’s close to everything!

This home is in a great location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The rental has everything needed to enjoy the beach with little ones- chairs, toys, bikes- so we didn’t have to pack all of those things, which made for much more peaceful travel. Tyler is a very responsive host who managed a couple of small issues timely to ensure we had a great vacation.

Great place within walking distance to a seafood market, restaurant, and ice cream shop! We loved having chairs and beach equipment upon arrival. Tyler was very responsive and made sure we had a great trip. Blue Mountain is our favorite area of 30a.

We especially loved all of the supplies already there for our little one that we didn’t have to bring like a high chair and beach / sleep pack and plays. Walkable to the beach and several food places and we loved having the pool. Would recommend and stay again!”

Our family really enjoyed our week. Goat feathers steamed shrimp is a favorite and so easy to pick up and bring back to the house. It is a bonus to have chairs and toys provided for the beach. We really loved everything!

My husband, our two teen boys and their two friends were very comfortable in this home for a week at the beach. Everything we needed was very close by and it was a very short walk to the Beach access and the community pool was right across from the home. Even though we packed a lot of our own beach supplies, the home was fully stocked with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach towels so you could easily fly into PCB or Destin and be able to have everything you need to enjoy 30a with several restaurant options within a 1/2 mile of the property.

Our stay at this well appointed , perfectly located beach house was amazing! Impeccably clean and comfortable, the place had everything we needed for the week and we used it all! For the beach, there were complimentary use of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and bikes to get there if you didn’t want to take a very short walk (3 to 4 minutes). We were blessed with great weather all week and were able to use the community gas grill, heated pool, and pool house! We found the kitchen had exactly what we needed to feed a party of 10 and the front porch swing and table and chairs was a nice place to hangout and commiserate with family. The beautifully decorated home was close to popular restaurants, ice cream shoppes, and rental for golf carts, kayaks, etc. The 5-star hosts performed exceptionally well and was responsive to questions and recommendations for area eats and activities. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this hidden gem located in a secluded neighborhood where the kids were safe to play on the street, ride bikes, and scooters!

Excellent communication with Tyler that enabled us to really enjoy our stay in his family’s well appointed and well located house. We appreciated that the home is walking distance to a really nice part of SRB. We loved the layout and ease of the visit. Plenty of room inside with lots of light airy modern feel. We would definitely recommend Tyler’s home and would Go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The blue sea beach house was our favorite place to visit! They are amazing hosts, the house is beautiful, clean and well cared for. Location to the beach, restaurants, bike/running trails, shopping was perfect. Also easiest location to get kids to the beach! Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this  house! The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean. Fantastic getaway for a lowkey girls weekend. Our host, Tyler, was always available to answer our questions! 5 minute walk around the corner to the gorgeous beach. Location to shopping and restaurants were spot on! Looking forward to booking again!

We had the best time! The host was super responsive and provided us with so much useful information. The house, accommodations and location, more than exceeded our expectations! The house is super clean and so welcoming! My favorite amenity was how close the beach was. It’s a very short walk and so incredibly beautiful!❤️
