Directions from Choctawhatchee Bay Bridge (US 331)

• Take US Highway 98 West to Old Blue Mountain Road.
• Turn left (South) onto Old Blue Mountain Road and continue until you reach 30A.
• Turn right (West) onto 30A and continue until you reach Gulfview Heights Street.
• Turn left onto Gulfview Heights Street and then turn right onto Emerald Dune Circle (Old Florida Cottages neighborhood).
• You will find “Blue Sea” (110 Emerald Dunes Circle) on your right.

Directions from Seaside, Seacrest, Seagrove, Alys Beach, or Rosemary Beach 

• Take 30A west and continue until you reach Gulfview Heights Street.  
• Turn left onto Gulfview Heights Street and then turn right onto Emerald Dune Circle (Old Florida Cottages neighborhood).
• You will find “Blue Sea” (110 Emerald Dunes Circle) on your right

Directions from Panama City (US Highway 98)

• Take US Highway 98 West to Old Blue Mountain Road
• Turn left (South) onto Old Blue Mountain Road and continue until you reach 30A
• Turn right (West) onto 30A and continue until you reach Gulfview Heights Street.

• Take 85 North to the 293
• Take 293 East and go across the Mid-Bay Toll Bridge
• Take US Highway 98 East to County Highway 30A.
• Turn right (South) onto 30A and continue until you reach Gulfview Heights Street.
• Turn right onto Gulfview Heights Street and then turn right onto Emerald Dune Circle (Old Florida Cottages neighborhood).

• Take the 388 West to 79 South 
• Take 79 South to US Highway 89
• Take US Highway 98 East to County Highway 30A.
