    What a sweet location the house is in with beach access and the ability to walk to Goatfeathers, the Snack Shack, and Local Catch (which was my favorite)

    We love the area of Santa Rosa and this is the second year we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. When we arrived there were some cleanliness issues, Tyler was amazing at responding and figuring out the best solution for the issues we had. Overall I’d give our experience with Tyler and this home a 5 star because of his communication and help during our stay. You can’t beat the location of this home. It’s close to everything!

    This home is in a great location

    This home is in a great location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The rental has everything needed to enjoy the beach with little ones- chairs, toys, bikes- so we didn’t have to pack all of those things, which made for much more peaceful travel. Tyler is a very responsive host who managed a couple of small issues timely to ensure we had a great vacation.

    Great place within walking distance to a seafood market, restaurant, and ice cream shop! We loved having chairs and beach equipment upon arrival. Tyler was very responsive and made sure we had a great trip. Blue Mountain is our favorite area of 30a.

We especially loved all of the supplies already there for our little one that we didn’t have to bring like a high chair and beach / sleep pack and plays. Walkable to the beach and several food places and we loved having the pool. Would recommend and stay again!"

    Our family really enjoyed our week. Goat feathers steamed shrimp is a favorite and so easy to pick up and bring back to the house. It is a bonus to have chairs and toys provided for the beach. We really loved everything!
