THANK YOU for your interest in our beach house.  We are currently booking guests for the 2026 Spring, Summer & Fall vacation seasons.  Please use the calendar on the right to check on the days or weeks you want and if they are available, you can book directly on our website to avoid the Airbnb and VRBO fees (often over $500+).  Please note, during peak seasons, we require a 7-day rental (Sat – Sat).

    What a sweet location the house is in with beach access and the ability to walk to Goatfeathers, the Snack Shack, and Local Catch (which was my favorite)

    We love the area of Santa Rosa and this is the second year we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. When we arrived there were some cleanliness issues, Tyler was amazing at responding and figuring out the best solution for the issues we had. Overall I’d give our experience with Tyler and this home a 5 star because of his communication and help during our stay. You can’t beat the location of this home. It’s close to everything!

    This home is in a great location

    This home is in a great location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The rental has everything needed to enjoy the beach with little ones- chairs, toys, bikes- so we didn’t have to pack all of those things, which made for much more peaceful travel. Tyler is a very responsive host who managed a couple of small issues timely to ensure we had a great vacation.
