Have to give it 5+ stars. Exactly as described and more.  Staying there a month felt like being at home.
As for the area, so much to do. 4-5 minute walk to the beach.
Great restaurants all around and a nice quiet neighborhood with a pool and barbecue area to enjoy.
Couldn’t have had a better time.
