What a sweet location the house is in with beach access and the ability to walk to Goatfeathers, the Snack Shack, and Local Catch (which was my favorite)
We love the area of Santa Rosa and this is the second year we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. When we arrived there were some cleanliness issues, Tyler was amazing at responding and figuring out the best solution for the issues we had. Overall I’d give our experience with Tyler and this home a 5 star because of his communication and help during our stay. You can’t beat the location of this home. It’s close to everything!
This home is in a great location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The rental has everything needed to enjoy the beach with little ones- chairs, toys, bikes- so we didn’t have to pack all of those things, which made for much more peaceful travel. Tyler is a very responsive host who managed a couple of small issues timely to ensure we had a great vacation.
Great place within walking distance to a seafood market, restaurant, and ice cream shop! We loved having chairs and beach equipment upon arrival. Tyler was very responsive and made sure we had a great trip. Blue Mountain is our favorite area of 30a.

We especially loved all of the supplies already there for our little one that we didn’t have to bring like a high chair and beach / sleep pack and plays. Walkable to the beach and several food places and we loved having the pool. Would recommend and stay again!"
Our family really enjoyed our week. Goat feathers steamed shrimp is a favorite and so easy to pick up and bring back to the house. It is a bonus to have chairs and toys provided for the beach. We really loved everything!
My husband, our two teen boys and their two friends were very comfortable in this home for a week at the beach. Everything we needed was very close by and it was a very short walk to the Beach access and the community pool was right across from the home. Even though we packed a lot of our own beach supplies, the home was fully stocked with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach towels so you could easily fly into PCB or Destin and be able to have everything you need to enjoy 30a with several restaurant options within a 1/2 mile of the property.

Our stay at this well appointed , perfectly located beach house was amazing! Impeccably clean and comfortable, the place had everything we needed for the week and we used it all! For the beach, there were complimentary use of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and bikes to get there if you didn't want to take a very short walk (3 to 4 minutes). We were blessed with great weather all week and were able to use the community gas grill, heated pool, and pool house! We found the kitchen had exactly what we needed to feed a party of 10 and the front porch swing and table and chairs was a nice place to hangout and commiserate with family. The beautifully decorated home was close to popular restaurants, ice cream shoppes, and rental for golf carts, kayaks, etc. The 5-star hosts performed exceptionally well and was responsive to questions and recommendations for area eats and activities. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this hidden gem located in a secluded neighborhood where the kids were safe to play on the street, ride bikes, and scooters!
Excellent communication with Tyler that enabled us to really enjoy our stay in his family’s well appointed and well located house. We appreciated that the home is walking distance to a really nice part of SRB. We loved the layout and ease of the visit. Plenty of room inside with lots of light airy modern feel. We would definitely recommend Tyler’s home and would Go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The blue sea beach house was our favorite place to visit! They are amazing hosts, the house is beautiful, clean and well cared for. Location to the beach, restaurants, bike/running trails, shopping was perfect. Also easiest location to get kids to the beach! Will definitely be back!
Highly recommend this house! The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean. Fantastic getaway for a lowkey girls weekend. Our host, Tyler, was always available to answer our questions! 5 minute walk around the corner to the gorgeous beach. Location to shopping and restaurants were spot on! Looking forward to booking again!
We had the best time! The host was super responsive and provided us with so much useful information. The house, accommodations and location, more than exceeded our expectations! The house is super clean and so welcoming! My favorite amenity was how close the beach was. It’s a very short walk and so incredibly beautiful!❤️

As for the area, so much to do. 4-5 minute walk to the beach.
Great restaurants all around and a nice quiet neighborhood with a pool and barbecue area to enjoy.

Really liked the layout of the house! The setup was great for our group, and I loved the decorations and overall vibe. The beach chairs were awesome. I was worried they were going to be super narrow/uncomfy but they weren't at all. If we were there longer I would definitely have used the bikes!
I thought the house was great honesty! Very clean and comfortable! I can’t say enough good things about the overall decor and “vibe” of the home. It’s awesome! The kitchen is well stocked for glasses, plates, utensils, cookware, coffee, etc.
Overall we were just so pleased with your place and I can’t say enough great things about it. I think you’re doing all the right things and I’m more than happy to recommend it to anyone that will listen. And we will surely come back and stay again with our whole family, hopefully soon!
This place is in a great location! Great places to eat and beach access is under a 5min walk. Golf carts are allowed through the whole area so everything is very easy to get to. The house is very clean & was perfect for our family!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and we appreciated the beach chairs and extra towels. The house is comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 6. We would definitely stay here again!
Easy location for public beach access and a short walk or drive to several restaurants and small shopping plaza. From the time that we booked the reservation until leaving the house, Tyler & Angie were incredibly helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful time at your house. It was spotless when we arrived and we appreciated the extra dishwasher and washing machine pods. Our girls loved the bunkroom and we enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning. Thank you again for renting it to us.
We had a great time at the beach and the house was perfect for our family. The pool across the street is amazing! it is much larger than the pictures show. We will be back next year.
